This means that if any repair we perform fails within 24 months or 24,000 miles — whichever comes first — we will fix it at no charge to you. This warranty is honored at thousands of NAPA AutoCare participating shops across the country, so you're protected even when you're traveling far from Marietta.

Keep Your Receipt
Your warranty is tied to your repair invoice. Keep a copy of your receipt, which includes the warranty terms and the repair details.
If an Issue Arises
If the repaired component fails within 24 months or 24,000 miles, return to our shop or visit any participating shop in our network. Show your receipt and the repair will be covered at no charge.

Traveling? Our warranty is honored at thousands of participating repair shops across the United States, so you're never stranded without coverage.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship. The following are not covered:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Wear items such as tires, wiper blades, and brake pads (covered for defects, not normal wear)
- Damage caused by failure to maintain proper fluid levels
- Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair performed
- Consequential or incidental damages
