What Our Warranty Covers
At Advantage Auto Service, we believe that quality auto repair should come with a guarantee. As a certified NAPA AutoCare Center, we back all of our repairs with a comprehensive 24-month / 24,000-mile nationwide warranty on both parts and labor.
This means that if any repair we perform fails within 24 months or 24,000 miles — whichever comes first — we will fix it at no charge to you. This warranty is honored at thousands of NAPA AutoCare participating shops across the country, so you're protected even when you're traveling far from Marietta.

Get Your Repair Done
Bring your vehicle to Advantage Auto Service. Our ASE-certified technicians diagnose and repair your vehicle using quality parts.

Keep Your Receipt
Your warranty is tied to your repair invoice. Keep a copy of your receipt, which includes the warranty terms and the repair details.

If an Issue Arises
If the repaired component fails within 24 months or 24,000 miles, return to our shop or visit any participating shop in our network. Show your receipt and the repair will be covered at no charge.

Nationwide Coverage
Traveling? Our warranty is honored at thousands of participating repair shops across the United States, so you’re never stranded without coverage.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship. The following are not covered:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Wear items such as tires, wiper blades, and brake pads (covered for defects, not normal wear)
- Damage caused by failure to maintain proper fluid levels
- Pre-existing conditions unrelated to the repair performed
- Consequential or incidental damages

How the BG Plan Works

Get a qualifying BG service
Engine, fuel system, transmission, cooling, power steering, drive line, or brake service performed using BG-approved products and procedures.

Return at the recommended interval
Each service has a defined interval (7,500–30,000 miles depending on the system). Staying within interval keeps coverage active for that system.

If a covered component fails
The BG plan pays toward repair — up to thousands of dollars per system, based on your plan tier.

Transfers if you sell the vehicle
Coverage moves to the new owner automatically — a documented resale advantage when you sell.
Two Enrollment Tiers
PLAN 1 — HIGHER COVERAGE
Vehicle enrolled at 0–50,000 miles
Engine repairs up to $6,000. Fuel system, cooling, power steering, drive line, and brake systems up to $4,000 each. Transmission up to $2,000.
PLAN 2 — STANDARD COVERAGE
Vehicle enrolled at 50,001–75,000 miles
Engine repairs up to $3,000. Fuel system, cooling, power steering, drive line, and brake systems up to $2,000 each. Transmission up to $1,000. A gasoline high-mileage entry option is also available up to 125,000 miles.
Vehicle must be under 20 years old at first BG service. Coverage applies in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. The BG plan takes effect after the OEM warranty expires.

- Damage from collision, fire, theft, vandalism, or neglect
- Vehicles used for racing or competition
- Motorcycles, RVs, and vehicles over 14,000 lb GVWR
- Wear items: brake pads, rotors, tires, wiper blades
- Towing without a factory-installed tow package
- Salvage, branded, washed, or junk-titled vehicles
- Pre-existing damage prior to the BG service
