Chris was excellent, he diagnosed my problem within minutes and was willing to work with me on how I would pay for the services that I needed. Reason being, I was under the impression that my warranty was cancelled or had expired. Nevertheless, prior to me coming into this location on Cobb Pkwy, I had been to three different shops in the area and everyone not only mis-diagnosed my problem but I was told something different each time. Not to mention two of the three shops charged me a diagnostic fee. Cottman Transmission and Advantage Auto Services are out of this world to diagnosis my issues for free. Not only that but once I received confirmation my warranty was still valid, they were willing to work with my warranty company and got the job done in a timely manner. These are good people you can trust that stand behind their word. Beyond pleased with the service I received, you all are excellent!!!

Good car trouble analysis, mechanic used critical thinking in repair work, everyone friendly, informative and considerate. Office needs better followup and coordination in communicating with customer by phone. Overall a good experience and I plan to remain a customer.
