11/16 C Smith Brought my son's 1986 GMC Caballero (yes, there is such a thing) in when it would not start. They diagnosed and fixed the problem(s) which were numerous. I really appreciate Joe going over what the problems were and what he did to fix them. I could tell that Joe knew what he was talking about which gave me great confidence that I brought it to the right place. David and Jasper kept me informed throughout the process. I look forward to seeing them these guys again when I bring it in for the breaks.
11/8 Andrea-aaa Smith Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Very direct, honest and responsive about the transmission issues with my car and any questions I may have had. There is no question that I will bring my cars back if I have any issues in the future.

David was kind, patient and very professional explaining what was best for my vehicle and took time to stress the importance of using the right oil and staying on top of necessary repairs. 9/6 Michah I took my Lexus in for a complete Steering Gear replacement. Mr. Jasper Beck, the Ops. Mgr., was most helpful & courteous as always. He called me a couple of days later to tell me to the car was ready for pick up. I did so and a week later I began to have similar problems - all over again, with my car. I called Mr. Beck and he told me to bring the car back and they would check it out. I do so. They did so and in the end the Steering Gear had to be replaced once again - due to a manufacturer's part defect, not the AutoCare Center. The Manager, David Pereira, was a total gentleman and so professional during this whole dilemma, a somewhat traumatic situation there for a few days, and he resolved it with kindness and professionalism. I write REVIEWS when I receive stellar service - this was just that, and I highly recommend these folks for your next auto service. AUTOCARE CENTER: You guys ROCK!! Thank you, Michah B.
